ReplyDeleteYou usually do have to use a Kohls charge for the extra 15, 20 or 30 percent offs... I have a Kohl's charge just for occasions like this to take advantage of the extra savings... If you're a Kohls charge holder you do get a lot of extra savings and coupons in the mail all year round so it's worth signing up for the card and then just paying it off if you want after you charge to avoid interest.
